Welcome to the Weight Loss for Women Over 40 podcast! I am your host Nikki T.

I have been helping women lose weight since 2002! For about half of that time, using my background as a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant, I gave fat-burning workout programs and nutritional meal plans and guidelines to my clients…and they got results! But what I have found is they haven’t kept the weight off…after experimenting on myself 1st (I am my first client) I discovered the missing piece to keeping the weight off for good. It is in the mindset work. When clients come to me they get fast and effective workout plans. I teach them my one rule (which is super flexible) and they get food guidelines where no foods are off limits.
